To confirm your booking, a 20% deposit is required.

A travel fee may apply.
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
Event date changes are permitted, subject to availability.
A 15-minute buffer is allowed from the scheduled start time; however, any delays will not extend the agreed service end time.
Pricing is subject to change.
Service may be concluded immediately if any guest behaves in an abusive, inappropriate, or unsafe manner.
A booking is not confirmed until Cannoli Me has acknowledged and confirmed the booking in writing.
Cannoli Me reserves the right to refuse service if event conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for staff to operate.
Clients must ensure our team has suitable access to the venue, including parking, loading areas, and any venue-required permissions. Delays caused by venue restrictions may impact service times.
Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 5 days prior to the event. Changes made after this time cannot be guaranteed.
Our products may contain, or come into contact with, dairy, gluten, nuts, soy, and other allergens.
By paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Cannoli Me reserves the right to photograph and film events for marketing and social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the client prior to the event.
